Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use aeroit.com, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment

Aero IT, Inc. is committed to making this website accessible and usable for everyone. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in a new tab), Level AA.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading structure and a skip link on every page.
  • Text and interface colors that meet or exceed WCAG contrast ratios.
  • Full keyboard operation, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • Forms with visible labels, clear instructions and accessible error messages, and no CAPTCHA puzzles.
  • Support for browser zoom up to 400% and for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • No autoplaying video or audio, no carousels and no time limits. The scrolling lists of what we support start moving only when they’re on screen, have a pause button, and stay still if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Automated testing on every release: axe-core on every page, during and after office hours and with the device in light or dark mode, HTML validation, color contrast, 400% zoom and text spacing, plus keyboard testing.

We don’t use accessibility overlay widgets. We believe accessibility belongs in the code itself.

Known limitations

External sites we link to, such as our remote support tool and social media profiles, are operated by third parties and may not meet the same standard.
