Privacy policy

Short version: we don’t track you, we don’t use cookies, and we use what you send us only to respond to you.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our consultation form. The consultation form asks for your name, work email, optional phone number, organization, organization size, topics of interest and your message.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this website.
  • We don’t sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We don’t load fonts, scripts or other resources from third-party servers when you visit.
  • We don’t allow third parties to collect information about your online activity over time or across websites when you use this site.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because this site doesn’t track visitors over time or across other websites, it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request not to sell or share your personal information, which we don’t do anyway.

How we use information

We use form submissions to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, and prepare any proposal you ask for. Submissions are delivered to our business systems (Microsoft 365 and our service management platform) and access is limited to Aero staff who need it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this website, our email and our service desk, and only so they can provide those services to us. We don’t sell your information or give it to anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

If an Aero support specialist asks you to start a remote session, the session code you type is passed to our remote support provider’s site, which has its own privacy terms.

Retention

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete inquiries that don’t become client relationships within two years. Client records are kept for the life of the relationship and as required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, call 619.489.5217 or write to Aero IT, Inc., 2445 5th Avenue, Suite 210, San Diego, CA 92101.

Security

This site is served only over HTTPS, with a strict Content Security Policy. What you type into the consultation form is sent over an encrypted connection and never placed in URLs.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date below. If a change materially affects how we use information you’ve already sent us, we’ll tell you before it applies.

Effective and last updated 2026-10-16.
