Who it’s for

For organizations that want one accountable partner, not a roster of vendors.

You’re big enough that IT problems cost real money, and you’d rather one team own the whole picture than hire, manage and retain a department yourself.

  • 25 to 250+ employees, often across more than one office or with a hybrid workforce.
  • Leadership is tired of reactive, break-fix IT and surprise invoices.
  • An insurer, auditor or large client is asking security questions you can’t confidently answer.
  • You’re growing through hiring, new offices or acquisitions, and IT needs to keep pace.
  • Your current provider has become a ticket queue with no strategy.

What’s included

Everything a modern IT department does, on one agreement.

Service desk

Phone, email and portal support for every employee, with named support specialists who know your environment. Remote first, on-site when it matters.

24/7 monitoring & maintenance

Servers, network, cloud and endpoints are watched around the clock. Patching, updates and routine maintenance are included, never billed hourly.

Security baseline

MFA, EDR with 24/7 managed detection and response, identity threat detection for your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, SIEM, email filtering, DNS protection and security awareness training on every seat, plus the evidence to prove it to an insurer or client. More on security.

Backup & disaster recovery

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, server and endpoint backups, verified with scheduled restore tests, not assumed to work.

User lifecycle

Onboarding checklists, device provisioning, access reviews and same-day offboarding, so a departing employee never keeps access.

Vendor management

We are the single point of contact for your ISP, line-of-business software, printers, phones and hardware vendors.

Fractional CTO

A named strategist builds your roadmap and budget, and meets leadership every quarter. More on strategy.

Documentation

Your network diagrams, asset inventory and credentials live in a documented system. It’s your IT, and you’ll never be held hostage: if you ever move on, you get everything needed for a smooth handoff.

Multi-site & branch support

Consistent standards across every location, with on-site coverage in San Diego County and branch-office support nationwide.

Phones, printers, AV & procurement

Business phone systems, printers and copiers, conference rooms, cabling, and sourcing hardware and software through our distribution partners. The stuff nobody else wants to own.

How it works

From first call to steady state, typically in 30 to 45 days.

  1. First

    Consultation

A conversation about what you need, and a short written summary. You’ll know where you stand before anyone mentions a contract.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Discovery & handover

We inventory everything, vault credentials, and coordinate a respectful handover with your current provider.

  3. Weeks 2–5

    Stabilize & secure

Deploy monitoring and security tooling, fix critical risks first, and verify backups by restoring them.

  4. Days 30–45

    Steady state

Stable, documented and secured, and your people know our team by name. Your first quarterly review sets the roadmap and a 12-month budget.

What you can expect

Accountability you can measure.

  • Response and resolution targets written into your agreement, by priority level, and reported against every month.
  • A monthly report to the owner, every month: what changed, what we did about it, what needs a decision, with the posture behind it.
  • A predictable per-user monthly fee that covers routine work, with no hourly surprises.
  • Quarterly reviews with leadership, with plain-English priorities and a costed roadmap.
  • An exit you control: your environment’s documentation and credentials, and a smooth handoff whenever you ask.

Questions

What leaders ask us.

How is managed IT priced?

Per user, per month, based on the scope you need. Routine support, maintenance, monitoring and the security baseline are included. Per-device fees only come in as add-ons, for extra equipment or special circumstances. Large projects such as office moves or migrations are quoted separately, and always in writing before work begins.

Will we still get on-site support?

Yes. Our support specialists are based in San Diego County and come on site for hardware, network and hands-on work. For branch offices outside the county, we coordinate vetted local technicians under our standards.

How disruptive is switching from our current provider?

Very little, by design. Our onboarding runs in stages. We handle the handover with your current provider directly, and nothing is cut over until it’s documented and tested. See the full onboarding plan.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

Terms are set out in your written proposal, and we’ll walk you through them on the call. What we can promise here: the documentation and credentials for your environment are yours, and if you ever decide to move on, you get everything needed for a smooth handoff.

Do you support Apple as well as Windows?

Yes. We manage Mac and Windows fleets to the same security standard, with the same reporting. More on devices and cloud.

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes with a support specialist, not a salesperson. We’ll ask about your environment, tell you what we’d look at first, and say so if we’re not the right fit. No cost, no obligation, and nobody will call you seven times.
