Cloud, Devices & Workplace

A modern workplace, configured to a standard.

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, Apple and Windows devices, phones, printers, conference rooms and the network that connects them all: set up securely from day one and managed the same way every day after.

Who it’s for

For organizations whose cloud grew faster than its governance.

Most Microsoft 365 tenants we inherit were set up quickly and never hardened. That’s the gap attackers use.

  • Microsoft 365 with default settings, over-shared SharePoint, and licenses nobody audits.
  • A mixed Mac and Windows fleet managed two different ways, or not at all.
  • Servers in a closet that are due for replacement or migration.
  • Remote and hybrid staff with inconsistent device security.
  • Wi-Fi and network problems across multiple offices.

What’s included

The platforms your people use every day.

Microsoft 365

Tenant hardening, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive governance, licensing optimization and Copilot readiness.

Google Workspace

Tenant hardening, Gmail and Drive governance, identity and MFA, licensing, and the same security monitoring and backup we run for Microsoft 365, for organizations that chose Google.

Microsoft Entra ID & Intune

Identity, conditional access, device compliance and zero-touch Windows provisioning.

Apple device management

Apple Business Manager, zero-touch Mac and iPhone deployment, FileVault, and configuration profiles to the same standard as Windows.

Azure & hybrid infrastructure

Server migration, Azure Virtual Desktop, and right-sized hybrid designs for workloads that belong on premises.

Networks & Wi-Fi

Firewalls, switching, enterprise Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and secure remote access across every location.

Business continuity

Designs built for failure: redundant internet, cloud backups and documented recovery times.

Phones, printers & conference rooms

Business phone systems (Teams Phone and VoIP), printers and copiers, and meeting rooms that just work, all under one support number.

Licensing & procurement

Hardware and software sourced through our distribution partners, with lifecycle tracking.

How it works

Migrate once. Manage consistently.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Assess

Tenant security review, license audit, and device and network inventory.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Design

Target architecture, migration plan and cut-over schedule, agreed with you.

  3. Weeks 4–12

    Migrate

Staged migrations after hours, with user communication and day-one support.

  4. Ongoing

    Manage

Configuration baselines monitored continuously, so drift is caught and corrected.

What you can expect

A workplace your people don’t have to think about.

  • New hires productive on day one: devices arrive configured and secured.
  • One security standard across Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android.
  • Microsoft 365 licensing right-sized, often paying for part of the project.
  • Reliable connectivity in every office, monitored around the clock.
  • Documented architecture your team and auditors can follow.

Questions

What leaders ask us.

Do you really support Apple devices?

Yes. We manage Macs and iPhones through Apple Business Manager and a mobile device management platform, with the same security baseline and reporting as Windows.

Should we move our servers to the cloud?

Sometimes. We recommend cloud, hybrid or on-premises based on cost, performance, compliance and your applications, not on what’s fashionable. You’ll get a written comparison before you decide.

Can you help us prepare for Microsoft Copilot?

Yes. Copilot surfaces whatever a user can access, so the first step is permissions and data governance. We audit sharing, apply sensitivity labels, and roll Copilot out in stages. More on AI, done responsibly.

How are migrations and cloud projects priced?

Migrations, network builds and device rollouts are fixed-price projects with an itemized quote approved before work starts. Ongoing management of the result is covered by your managed plan. Licenses and hardware are sourced through our distribution partners and itemized on the quote. See how pricing works.
