How we work

“Dear Valued User” is not a support strategy.

Somewhere in Southern California, an office manager just opened a support ticket and got back a reply that started with “Dear Valued User.” We think that person deserves better.

At Aero, we’re human. You are too. So we talk to you the way we’d want someone to talk to us: plain words, no acronym soup, and no pretending your problem is just a ticket number.

What that looks like in practice

  • A real person answers the phone, and they already know who you are.
  • When something breaks, we fix it, then explain what happened in plain English.
  • If we don’t know yet, we say so, then we find out.
  • Your people get to know our team by name, and we make a point of knowing yours.

You already have enough robots in your life. Your printer, for one. We’d rather be the people who treat you like a person.

Funny how rare that is.

See how we work.

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes with a support specialist, not a salesperson. We’ll ask about your environment, tell you what we’d look at first, and say so if we’re not the right fit. No cost, no obligation, and nobody will call you seven times.
